Glip is a communications software that enables users to send messages on various device end points and desktop.
Problem: Users need a way to manage their admin accounts and grant other users admin privileges.
Solution: New features such as a team profile and settings screen enable users full control of the participants within the team conversation.
Result: Providing users 2 ways to manage the team participants and their privileges.
A team admin can tap a user’s profile from the conversations screen and has the ability to set/revoke as admin or remove user.
Also, by tapping on the title of the team conversation screen, an admin can view all the participants and can make any user an admin, or remove them.
